The opportunity – Regional Executive Director
As a Senior Member of our client’s team, the Regional Executive Director will drive the business model to secure long-term client relationships, achieve commercial goals, and uphold service quality. To foster exceptional engagement and a “one team”, “can do” culture, the Regional Executive Director will cultivate high-performing teams. They will influence, collaborate, and communicate effectively through the client’s dedicated supply chain and Centre of Excellence teams to develop best-in-class solutions for their clients.
Key Responsibilities:
The Regional Executive Director will be accountable for building the capability and capacity across North America to ensure:
- Customer satisfaction, retention, and strong relationship management
- Regional growth with new customers and organic expansion with current clients
- Legal compliance and robust business performance
- Development and leadership of high-performing teams
- Strong commercial performance
- Effective risk management and administrative oversight
- Active community engagement and serving as a senior representative for the client
Key Activities:
- Oversee a team of Account Directors, fostering long-term client relationships and achieving commercial objectives while delivering excellence in FM and workplace services.
- Build strategic relationships with new clients, positioning the client for new project tenders, focusing on markets in New York, Atlanta, and Houston.
- Drive revenue and profit growth to align with the company’s ambitious expansion goals.
- Plan and coordinate business strategies to penetrate new markets.
- Exhibit a responsive, professional, and strategic approach to managing remote teams and regionally distributed clients, promoting enhanced service delivery and identifying client opportunities.
- Enforce robust governance structures and ensure compliance with company-wide organizational priorities.
- Monitor and report on regional operational performance.
- Present a comprehensive view of change impacts and interventions, including managing significant change projects such as new client contract mobilizations.
- Lead cross-functional projects and initiatives that contribute to growth and value within the existing client portfolio as well as securing new business.
- Ensure exceptional P&L commercial performance and optimize variable expenditures and net contributions.
- Maintain and strengthen customer relationships for long-term success.
- Safeguard the safe and effective delivery of workplace services and FM operations across multiple regional sites.
- Lead relationship management across a portfolio of clients and key stakeholders.
- Elevate opportunities that reinforce the client’s reputation for delivering outstanding FM experiences and comprehensive building management solutions.
- Leverage your professional network to enhance business growth.
- Continuously develop and innovate service offerings.
- Achieve business KPIs set on an annual basis.
Qualifications / Key Skills:
- Extensive experience in FM and workplace services
- Degree-level education, ideally in Business or Engineering
- Well-established network within the FM industry
- Experience in working across international markets
- Strong persuasive and influential capabilities across a broad range of stakeholders
- Proven ability to innovate and successfully implement change projects
- Effective communication and presentation skills to drive results
- Demonstrated entrepreneurial spirit and commercial insight
